Consults with university vet schools where necessary. Not inexpensive (see a trend here...). A very cerebral guy. Sometimes shares a lot of information really fast - go prepared to take notes and ask questions, or you could leave confused. But he doesn't hesitate to explain, amplify if asked. I just think he's so smart that he doesn't fathom that sometimes people aren't following...
