This group of pages is expressly designed for basset owners or wannabe owners to communicate with other basset owners. It is divided into our online basset discussion boards, basset chat, and basset blogs, a new feature where members can post about their bassets daily activities and musings. Each section will open in a new window for ease of use.

Similar in style to the old boards, the new online discussion area will be a moderated board system and you must register as a user to respond to each thread. There are custom basset avatars available for your profile and you will not only be able to post photo of your bassets, but also youtube video as well.

Continued by popular demand. 'Group' DroolChat takes place Thursday and Sunday evenings, 10pm EST, however the chat room is open any time to registered chat room users. This is the 'new and improved' DroolChat with more features, sounds, smilies and faster chat. If you were registered to use the old chat, please reregister for this one. Those who were my 'beta' testers can use the name you previously registered with.
Daily Drool 'Woofles' Microblogging ->
Now Live! Woofles is a new feature for those humans and bassets who would like to tell the world about their daily walks, treats and general life occurances. Woofles is a twitter-like application that allows you to send out a 'Woofle', share photos, video, follow other wooflers and even send private woofles. You must register. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don't receive a confirmation email within 2-3 minutes. Once logged in, click on 'public timeline' in the upper left hand corner to see what all the bassets have been up to!
